Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RoundPro, an app for managing window cleaning rounds. RoundPro is meant for business use by sole traders, partnerships and companies in the UK. By creating an account you agree to them.

Free trial

Each new business gets a 14-day free trial with every feature. No card is needed. When the trial ends without a subscription, you can still view your data but can't add customers, complete jobs or use Rain Day.

Plans and payment

• Solo: £12 per month, 1 van, unlimited customers.
• Team: £29 per month, unlimited vans and team members.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically. Prices include any VAT that applies. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Team → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part months, except where the law requires it.

Your data

You own your round and customer data. You can export it any time as a CSV file. You're responsible for having the right to store your customers' details and for contacting them lawfully — see our Privacy Policy.

Teams

The business owner controls who joins with the invite code and which van each cleaner sees. The owner is responsible for their team's use of the app.

Acceptable use

• Don't use RoundPro to send spam or messages to people who aren't your customers.
• Don't try to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service.

Service and liability

We work hard to keep RoundPro available and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Map positions, distances and next-due dates are a guide — check addresses and dates yourself. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for lost profits or lost business.

Ending your account

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can close your account any time by contacting us.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
